Those who discovered Lootverse with the initial expedition of pathfinders less than a year ago have experienced quite a journey since then. In addition to enterprises, games, and partnerships to leverage progress across all realms, the technology is leading the way to foster a true Lootian lifestyle. To this end, the new interactive map is the core of all this evolution. The Lootverse Gazette editors have prepared a list of seven highlights to help users enjoy the full Lootverse experience.

1 – One Login

When users arrive at the interactive map, they may register to become a Lootizen or log in. From there, they can search and access any of the core sites: The Government, The Arena, Medici Principality, Satoshi’s Lounge, and Talos Blockchain. By clicking on the pin, a slider pops up with the main information about that location and the links they might need. Importantly, no additional login is required to access external sites.

2 – Fabric Bar

Users will have an even smoother experience when navigating from the map to other URLs soon, with the Fabric Bar, an under-development solution. This will integrate the interactive map’s basic functionalities with the external websites, connecting login, payment system, in-world address, and security elements. The Lootverse Gazette is the first website to showcase it as a demonstrative solution.

3 – Search Bar

The search bar in the interactive map has a variety of functions. For instance, portal operators can use it to advertise their business, driving more traffic to their destination and increasing awareness and potential for conversions. Additionally, the search bar is useful for tourists and new users, as it helps locate in-world services, geological formations, landmarks, monuments, attractions, and games.

4 – Layers of Visualization

Three visualization layers are available in the interactive map: Default, Underworld, and Sky. Users may switch from one layer to another by clicking on the layers icon on the right side of the map. For example, the Default layer enables users to filter details, such as natural resources fields, district (plot) zip codes, districts sold, and properties. The Underworld layer shows only the core sites and the terrain, while the Sky layer will soon showcase all NFTs ever sold in The Arena, represented as stars as part of their collections. Three other views are soon to be available: Satellite, Terrain, and Weather.

5 – Billboard

Highways intersect the mainland and the large islands, as well as regional roads connecting landmarks and relevant destinations. These roads provide the perfect opportunity to advertise a business. Three billboards are already placed on the mainland, in the Royaume de Satoshi and The Great Empire, and plot owners can have billboards to offer their media space as a service.

6 – Games and Attractions

The interactive map has opened up a world of entertainment for users. An example is the play-to-earn game, Gods and Demons, which requires users to register or log in and start searching for the Lootian Gods. The game includes twenty-one Gods, each with its rarity level and story. If a God is found, users can click on its flame and then on the button Talk to God in the slider to leave comments, collecting blessings per comment according to the God found. At the end of each week, the top-three players with the highest amount can receive up to 1000 USDC (ERC 20) combined.

7 – History

The technology and innovation of this world has also been accompanied by research and documentation of its History and Natural Sciences. Users can now read about the legends of the Gods, researching their names on the map, and clicking on their location pin. Additionally, all historical buildings and sites, bridges, lakes, mountains, forests, and essential destinations have stories briefly told on the map, with further details revealed in the Lootverse Gazette weekly.

Social Interactions, Gods, and More

Other than the previously mentioned activities, new events are expected to start soon, impacting users’ lives. In particular, a new social media has been architected by Lootian engineers and may become the next big deal in the communications sphere. Additionally, rumors have it that the Lootian Gods are shaken with so many users seeking them in the last few days, with their reactions to it potentially changing the days in Lootverse forever.
