We regret to inform our users that we have been experiencing connectivity issues with the Black Box Exchange, an in-world portal run by Aya Trades. However, we assure our users that all funds are secure. As a security measure, we have disconnected Black Box from the Lootverse site Core.
In the next 24 hours, we will transfer any Tickets, $ Tickets, and Dollars held in each user’s account on Black Box from the exchange escrow pool back to the relevant user accounts on the Lootverse site to safeguard our users’ funds.
While we work to address the issue with Black Box, we would like to inform our users that the following features will be unavailable since they use in-world exchange data:
– Send and receive functions to Black Box – In-world OTC desks
– Purchase of Tickets from the Government site
– Relisting functionalities for Dollars
– Price data
– Loan OTC
– Product setup for stores (and invoicing system)
