ThemeWorlder discovered Lootverse and explored its land with the LX1 rover, finding many stories that revealed the land’s history. Now, users can artistically represent these stories on their land on our virtual map. Depending on the realm, you can mint up to four stories on your district. You can find information on minting a story at the Fund, which will soon move to WorlderCore. If you don’t own land yet, you can buy your first district at Satoshi’s Lounge, our virtual marketplace.
Lootverse, a fantasy parallel world designed for adults, is making a mark in the metaverse space by providing an environment that closely resembles real life. However, this universe goes beyond the political game and financial system, showcasing a vibrant cultural and historical matrix across its six kingdoms and 4,880 plots. Lootverse has been nurtured by portal operators acting as historians to tell the area’s story. The first enterprise to take on this purpose is Origins, a multimedia storytelling company responsible for shaping the land’s narrative.
Each property owner in Lootverse can mint up to four NFT stories using any media they wish to bring their imagination to life. The stories can explore different eras of the same region, containing historical data and even ancient tales to illustrate that plot’s background for future residents and visitors. Origins will draw on their extensive network of creators and experts in landscape design and concept art worldwide to assist landowners in designing and exhibiting their NFT stories, adopting a creative process that matches the users’ ideas with the world’s macro storytelling to guarantee a rich and cohesive narrative.
Ishant Ayadassen, Founder and CEO of Aya Curators, the enterprise running Origins, said, “We anticipate that Lootverse will grow and evolve rapidly in its multidimensional way, and to collaborate with this progress, our role is to support all users (citizens of Lootverse) to develop their properties and add both tangible and intangible value to their plot. We plan to launch our operation within the next month, starting to create futuristic, medieval, and majestic chronicles worldwide. We aim to break the boundaries of creativity and provide users with an exclusive experience through the stories.”
Lootverse is progressing quickly, currently in a world builders’ stage, with the initial users establishing the first urban areas and infrastructure. The features required to permit the general public to enjoy the game fully are expected to be available by Fall 2022, said James Duchenne, CEO, and Co-Founder of ThemeWorlder, the organization behind Lootverse. “Worldbuilders are altering the face of our parallel reality. The collective storytelling perfectly encapsulates the Lootizen journey, providing the context needed to complete the cultural element in our fantasy world. Adopting this inclusive yet enjoyable approach, we can foresee a variety of users joining Lootverse as their first metaverse interaction,” stated Duchenne.
How to Become a Lootizen
To access all the possibilities in Lootverse, the first step is to visit the interactive map and click the profile icon to “become a Lootizen.” After registering, the user has a free pass to explore all destinations in the ecosystem for 24 hours as a tourist. When the time is up, visitors can exchange their currency for Credits, buy Tickets (TIX) and join the auctions to acquire their land in the metaverse. Usability is critical in Lootverse, and the experience has been designed to offer the most immersive and seamless journey possible.
