#1: Develop Buildings, Units, and Other Structures
Obtaining a plot of land is the initial step that any Lootizen must take to become a Lootizen. The property can be purchased via auctions in Satoshi’s Lounge, Lootverse’s official marketplace. After the plot has been minted and is available for use, the real fun begins. In the upcoming weeks, landowners can construct their buildings and units directly from Medici Principality’s portal. This feature will enable users to bring their concepts to life, develop plots, and create residential and commercial areas.
The buildings and units are minted and tagged to the plot, which is an NFT. Both buildings and units are composed of two components: the structural NFT, which cannot be changed, and the visualization matrix, which can be altered over time. Structural NFTs are 2D spatial structures generated from metadata provided by the Lootizen to the system. While this may sound complex, it does not necessitate prior knowledge of architecture or other technical training.
Soon, users can access Medici Principality and follow a few steps to improve their land. First, they must formulate a basic building plan and a unit plan for each building and include these details in two PDFs. Then, they will consist of the building and the unit data, each with its corresponding plan, and create a site plan with design assets for Lootverse’s map. Lastly, they will mint the building, the units, and their metadata as NFTs.
While this process may seem like a lot of work, the system is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, providing a straightforward and smooth experience. The second part of this process is to develop the plot’s landscape, which involves working on the visualization matrix of the buildings and units. This entails adding design elements to beautify the structures and create immersive and realistic environments. Early adopters of this parallel world are already establishing initial urban areas with futuristic views for new residents and visitors to explore. Property owners can express their creativity and come up with imaginative buildings.

#2: Rent a Unit to Future Residents
As Lootverse is still in the world builder stage, users who have already begun their plot developments aim to become tenants. They can also sell the finished buildings and units to other users. The layers related to the ownership offer a plethora of opportunities to them. Unit owners, for instance, will be able to rent their units to future users who are not interested in buying but would like to reside in this fantasy universe.
Rentals will be paid in TIX and burnt once the payment is completed, thus promoting economic activity worldwide. Think of the possibilities for all types of users. Ancient archives are revealed from time to time across all 4,880 plots in the six realms: Isle of Talos, The Medici Principality, The Great Empire, Royaume de Satoshi, Kingdom of Xbysl, and El Territorio. users can also contribute to the global narrative. Each plot can have up to four NFT stories created directly on Medici Principality’s portal under “In World Items.”

#4: Offer Products and Services to Lootizens
Another exciting option for users from various professional backgrounds is to become a Lootian portal operator. The new functionality will soon be released, allowing all interested users to submit their business plans through The Government’s portal. If the project is approved, they will be granted a portal operator’s license to offer services or products worldwide. In other words, they can work as authorized vendors in Lootverse.
Furthermore, portal operators with a reserve of TIX will be able to provide Over-The-Counter (OTC) financial services to users, selling the in-world token at their chosen price. They will manage their assets and operations in Medici Principality.
#5: Explore The Natural Resources
Finally, fortunate users that own plots of land within the areas endowed with natural resource fields can explore them to sell or generate consumable units. Six mines containing Oil, Natural Gas, Condensate, and Condensate with Oil have been discovered thus far. The other six fields have had only their location unveiled, but their elements still need to be found. They may contain regular aspects like water, valuable minerals like gold, or fantastical items like dragon’s breath and gravity.
Users must purchase a natural resource extraction plant (NREP) to extract those elements and tag them to their plot. Subsequently, they will need utility plants to convert the natural resource tokens into consumable units for their residents. This combination of tools, tickets, and functionalities is being developed and may be released over the coming months.
