On Sunday, May 15th, users will celebrate a new public holiday called BUN Day, which is the third official festivity of Lootverse. This holiday aims to honor the Bid Unit (BUN), which was the bidding currency used by Lootverse’s past inhabitants to compete for prizes and earn the world’s currency. Players who participate in gamified auctions on the Arena site are familiar with the BUN token, and this day serves as a tribute to this monetary unit. BUN paved the way for a community of Central Bankers in Lootverse, and we have recreated this practice to provide users with the same bidding experience as Lootians.

To celebrate this occasion, our team will perform upgrades on the Arena platform, which will include cleaning up the Arena, as stated in Notice 03, which is published in the Lootverse Gazette. Please note that auctions will not go into battle bidding mode on this day. However, miners can continue to join and place bids on battles that were previously opened. We encourage all our users to participate in auctions and celebrate this festive occasion with us.

We also want to inform you that auctions will resume and go into battle bidding mode on the following Sunday, May 22nd. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for being a part of the Lootverse community. We hope you have a great time celebrating BUN Day with us!
