NeoWorlder is nearing the completion of its first district: the Garden of Eden (GOE), situated in the Isle of Talos. GOE is a masterpiece of design and engineering. Tour the district to explore a blend of architectural brilliance and breathtaking aesthetics.
The Garden of Eden features diverse landscapes, from picturesque mountain ranges to lush grasslands. Whether you’re an adventurer looking to explore rugged terrains or a nature lover seeking serenity in pastoral settings, the Garden of Eden showcases the best of Arcadia’s nature and NeoWorlder’s architectural skills.
A particularly fascinating feature we discovered is a cave that we dubbed “Serpent’s Cave”. The inspiration for its name came from its unique appearance: its entrance resembles a colossal snake’s head with razor-like fangs. Upon further investigation into this peculiar formation, we determined that the snake’s body forms the interior of the cave.
Based on the available evidence, we hypothesize that an ancient snake perished at this specific location, possibly due to starvation, disease, or old age. Over time, the snake underwent a process of calcification. This, combined with the accumulation of sedimentary materials and rock deposition, contributed to the formation of the cave. The “Serpent’s Cave” adds a layer of mystery and lore to the Garden of Eden. We found it so captivating that we enhanced its interior with blue lights, making it a possible location for arins, human-operated avatars, and sylis to gather and attend events, like parties. We have also included it in our virtual version of Arcadia.
The Tree of Life, distinguished by its unique luminous pink leaves, is an imposing tree that overlooks the entire district. With its towering 120-meter height, our rover was able to detect it from kilometers away. It is not only the tallest tree in Arcadia but also the only one of its kind, as we have not found evidence of a similar tree elsewhere.
Using its advanced infrared thermometers, LX1 was able to detect unusual heatwaves emanating from the tree. We discovered that the tree emits warmth regardless of the surrounding temperature, corroborating our belief that it might also be deeply rooted in mythology. Additionally, evidence collected near the tree and around the world suggests that Kempe, considered the creator of Arcadia’s landscapes, planted this tree as a symbol of life’s interconnectedness. In ancient Arcadia, the tree became a pilgrimage site, attracting visitors from all over eager to experience its mystical aura.
In an effort to cultivate community, we have created a concert hall called the Stadium of Olympia, replicated in our virtual version of Arcadia. This space allows for real-time, cross-border interaction. Events held here have the potential to bring together diverse avatars in a unified experience, creating a broader sense of belonging. The venue is a marvel of architecture, capturing the essence of dynamic movement in its frame and design. Its reflective surfaces mirror the vibrant life inside and outside the hall, offering an immersive experience for visitors, whether they’re enjoying a concert or hosting live events.
We built a chapel on a small island in Lake Lance. Using real-time ray-tracing technology, the lake replicates how natural sunlight interacts with the water, creating a serene environment perfect for introspection or community gatherings. The Garden of Eden also features a skate ramp, residential properties available for purchase or rent, and a variety of artistic sculptures and monuments, including the Pavilion Flowers near the Stadium of Olympia and a prominent human statue. All these features will soon be available for exploration via our virtual reconstruction of Arcadia.
The Garden of Eden sets a new benchmark in parallel world enhancement, virtual environment creation, and architectural design. Its blend of advanced technologies not only offers a heightened sense of realism but also fosters community engagement and showcases what’s possible in virtual worlds. This benchmark isn’t just a technological leap; it’s a vision of what a mature, fully realized virtual society can look like. NeoWorlder has set a standard that goes beyond mere representation; we are reconstructing Lootverse in a way that heightens our emotions and intellect, thereby enriching the experience of exploring Lootverse.
