The Bifrost Center received extensive data from the LX1 Rover during its exploration of Royaume De Satoshi. It yielded an account of Yoel, an Arcadian inventor who had created devices for capturing life sources in the form of orbs. This narrative was recorded during a time of impending doom for Arcadia. The first of nine parts of the inscriptions recovered in Loeic reads: When Arcadians bid farewellTheir essence, soul, or source from this world does dispelUp to the sky, it makes its wayA flash like lightning, marking the end of its stay In the midst of Hell’s dark chasmThese life…
Our Department of History and Natural Sciences researchers have made considerable progress on the sixth part of the ‘Tale of Mulgarath.’ Here is another excerpt of their work so far. Tensions escalated as the dwarves grasped their axes and hammers, readying themselves for combat. It became clear that this would not be a conventional conversation. The Start of Hatred- continued Therrigg scolded Mulgarath, “Your behavior is inappropriate. It is not the proper time or place for this. Keep your composure, or you will bring upon yourself Jord’s wrath.” He firmly held his war ax as he spoke, prepared to defend…
Recently, researchers have made significant progress in translating the fifth part of the Tale of Mulgarath. The excerpt below reveals the protagonist’s encounter with the dwarves of Mt. Hercules and the beginning of his path of hatred. The Start of Hatred Upon passing through the harsh and unforgiving landscape, Mulgarath was struck by the contrast between the viciousness of the world and the kindness he had experienced from Luciyal, the horned man. Little did he know that the dwarves would not be welcoming. As he arrived at the western end of Mt. Hercules, two dwarves, Malnus and Therrigg Longstone, confronted…
Through dedicated efforts, we have initiated the translation process for the fourth part of the Tale of Mulgarath. This tale follows his journey as he moves towards his fate, exploring the forest and reflecting on his past. Lost and Reflective As Mulgarath traveled west of Mt. Ares, keeping away from well-traveled paths due to the wariness of the people who had abandoned him in the forest, he was overwhelmed with fear and terror. Nevertheless, his ambition propelled him forward despite needing a clear direction. He questioned himself, asking, “Forward to what?” Eventually, Mulgarath reached Mt. Hercules and began observing the…
The development of the Arcadian epochs was a complex task to undertake. However, through the translation of tablets and documents that predated our discovery of the world, we in the LDHNS have identified many commonalities that are present worldwide, including cultural implications, buildings, architecture, and the heroes that feature in the lore. The First Epoch The first epoch encompasses prehistory and the first 2,500 years of the Lootian Cosmic Era (LCE) – 10,000 to 7,500 LCE. At this time, Arcadians were predominantly ruled by local magistrates, kings, queens, regents, and magnates, with the omnipresence of the Gods in their daily…
Through the continued efforts of the Department of History and Natural Sciences researchers and scholars, we have commenced the translation process for the third part of the Tale of Mulgarath. This follows Mulgarath’s journey as he continues aging with the Horned Man within the beauty of the Great Medusa Forest, discovering the abyss within the soul where the Horned Man resides. “Mulgarath, a growing orphan, had spent many years in the forest tending to the cabin in the Horned Man’s absence. His arduous labor had cultivated in him a muscular physique with broad shoulders, plenty of scars, and calluses on…
Through the continued effort of all the researchers and scholars, the Lootian Department of History and Natural Sciences has started the translation process for the second part of the Tale of Mulgarath. In this moment of his journey, the orphaned Mulgarath meets the Horned Man and hears an unrecognizable language. Translation “As he took a second in the basin to catch his breath and see where he had just fallen, a weird man crossed his path. The kid opened his eyes, noticing that someone had come to show any level of affection that he had never known in his short…
Another impressive discovery was made this week by the Arcadia Department of History and Natural Sciences. After months of research, scholars from the LDHNS translated the first part of the Tale of Mulgarath. Mulgarath was one of the great generals during the second Epoch of Arcadia History, whose origins were one of great strife and toil. Even though he would become one of the fiercest enemies of The Great Empire, his beginnings were treacherous. Translation Solemn BeginningBorn or abandoned deep within the Great Medusa Forest in The Great Empire, he was a small, orphaned child of man. Too young to…
This week, the Department of History and Natural Sciences revealed another chapter of the Book of Talos. The fifth installment of the Book of Talos presents how the hero gets his first labor to understand his destiny. It was revealed to him by the Sokwe, mysterious creatures he encountered on the island. The Fifth Installment Translation “Talos explained how he was there to figure out his destiny and train, even though he did not know what that meant then. The Sokwe stopped the conversation as they had forgotten to introduce themselves. Intrigued by the talk, they said, ‘We are known…
This week, the Department of History and Natural Sciences made a new translation of the fourth installment of the Book of Talos. In this section, Talos encountered a mentor figure, the Sokwe, who aided him on his journey. As the protagonist continued his quest, he embraced the importance of destiny and fate in guiding his actions. Translation “1:1-2-ii Shadowy Figure Talos spoke cautiously with the blade still against his neck: ‘I am the eldest son of Kempe. I have lived on the land and sea.
